Psychotherapy for Adults, Adolescents and Couples

How Therapy Works

I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred one in which client and therapist embark on a journey of self knowledge and healing. Together we create a positive atmosphere of safety and support. In that space we are able to explore the past, look more deeply at your present life conflicts and help you to create a new future that is not driven by old coping strategies. Drawing on my in-depth and eclectic training, I utilize a variety of techniques depending on the particular difficulties and needs of the client. Then, I simply follow the clients’ lead to allow them to go deeper into their own emotional and cognitive processes. That is where the healing and the alleviation of symptoms begin.

Why not take the next step and arrange for a 1 hour initial consultation? You will then be better equipped and educated as to whether psychotherapy might benefit you.
